History

Our history closely follows important developments in document production for document-intensive industries.

• In the 1980's, we developed MASS-11, the character-based document processing system used by over 2,000 organizations worldwide, including many of the Fortune 500.
• As more and more of our clients converted their desktops to Microsoft Word, we became the leading provider of Word conversion software and services with the use of DocXchange.
• When document authors gained the ability to edit and collaborate on their work, Microsystems launched Knowledge Partnership to automate the quality assurance of documents.
• Our experience fixing tens of millions of documents led us to develop D3—Dynamic Document Drafting software, which applies our Microsoft Word and document expertise to the content management, assembly and creation portion of the document lifecycle.
