These staff promotions and new hires, along with added consulting resources, support Microsystems strategic growth plans of expanding product and service offerings that help the legal and life sciences industries and other document-intensive organizations improve document quality, mitigate risk and increase productivity. Toby Adamson was recently named Vice President, Product Management. Adamson has been instrumental in leading Microsystems product management and user experience efforts, most recently pioneering EagleEye—THE Agreement Checker, from its inception to launch. In her new role, Adamson will focus on advancing Microsystems products and offerings in the areas of document production, content quality and risk management solutions. Matt Miller has accepted a new role, serving as Principal Consultant. Miller, who works directly with Microsystems clients providing product installation and implementation support, will expand his focus by identifying and implementing new ways to help clients leverage Microsoft Office and Microsystems products most effectively. Niketa Jhaveri recently joined Microsystems as Director of User Experience Design. Jhaveri brings to Microsystems a vast background in user experience design and will be responsible for driving Microsystems products to designs that are intuitive for a wide array of user types. Jhaveri will collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate user needs and business goals into innovative user experiences, which result in improved user productivity and a reduced training burden. Mark Johnson joins Microsystems, taking on the role of Business Analyst. Johnson brings Microsystems 10 years of analysis, design and software development and support experience. In his new role, Johnson will facilitate Microsystems product development and quality assurance efforts, while continuously seeking new areas to increase customer satisfaction. Entering into two strategic consulting agreements with Microsystems are former CTO David Dahl and Lawyer and Legal Market Consultant Ron Friedmann. Dahl brings Microsystems 20 years of technology-related experience, most recently holding the position of CTO at Total Attorneys. Friedmann, a consultant with Fireman & Company, brings Microsystems over two decades of experience working in the legal market, including senior management roles in large law firms and marketing roles at two legal market software companies. Dahl and Friedmann will work closely with the Microsystems management team to drive innovation and address the evolving technology and business needs of the legal and life sciences industries as well as other document intensive organizations.
