The download of the new Pre-Hire Skills Assessment Module is now available to Knowledge Partnership customers. The Pre-Hire Skills Assessment Module helps foster better hiring decisions and produces a detailed training plan for prospective new hires in secretarial, word processing and help desk roles. It provides a Microsoft Word skills assessment for prospective hires and measures the skills needed to be efficient and productive in legal document production.

The Pre-Hire Skills Assessment module includes:

* Legal-specific before and after documents
* A marked-up copy representing a lawyer's document edits
* Installation instructions
* Examiner instructions
* User (test-taker) instructions
* Summary report with score for a group of test-takers
* Individualized, detailed report

The Pre-Hire Skills Assessment module is simple and quick to administer and automates the time-consuming grading process of the exercise document, allowing the assessment to be graded while the candidate is still on the premises.

In addition, the Pre-Hire Skills Assessment Module can be customized to assess your firm's unique document production environment, such as the guidelines for styles and numbering.
