DocXtools™

DocXtools is a collection of document assessment, clean-up and restyling software, services and support that helps document-intensive companies troubleshoot, repair, automate and standardize their documents.

DocXtools identifies and solves document production problems. It reduces the time spent formatting and quality controlling a document by at least 80%. In addition, DocXtools assesses and reports on the quality of document collections to help determine problems with document structure and formatting and provides focus on document trends and inconsistencies.

3BClean is a server-based system for filling the metadata coverage gap created by mobile computing and the inconsistent use of desktop metadata solutions. Microsystems supports 3BClean as a stand-alone solution or when coupled with the DocXtools Metadata Module to provide a desktop interface.

Through DocXchange, companies can import entire collections of legacy documents into the newest versions of word quickly and accurately.
