3BClean™ Server and Desktop Metadata Cleaning
3BClean removes unwanted metadata from Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint documents along with PDF documents and documents in Zip files. 3BClean is available as a traditional desktop cleaning solution or as a server-based* cleaning solution.
The server version of 3BClean is the most tested and implemented server-based metadata cleaning option available today. It moves processing off of the desktop and eliminates the metadata gap created by mobile devices, including Smart Phones, tablets and web-based email.
Organizations that are not yet exposed to metadata leakage from mobile devices can start with the desktop version and then add server coverage as the use of mobile devices gains popularity.
