The DocXtools Quick Document Health Check (Traffic Light) enables lawyers to check the quality and stability of a document in a single click.
This feature displays traffic signal readings (Red, Yellow, Green) that provide users with a quick and predictable health analysis and an early warning system that identifies problems and instability. The readings indicate whether the document is safe to work with/collaborate on or if it requires corrective clean-up. Next steps for fixing document problems are provided to users in the tool tips and are configurable to the organization's recommendations.
Specifically, the DocXtools Quick Document Health Check recognizes and flags issues that impact the Word user's ability to render to PDF; compare documents; apply numbering and list templates; change headers, footers and page layout; update styles; use printer metrics and more.
