The DocXtools Document Check enables expert and non-expert Word users to check the quality of a document in a single click.
The DocXtools Document Check displays "traffic signal" readings (Red, Yellow, Green) that provide users with a quick and predictable document health analysis and an early warning system that identifies document problems and instability. The readings indicate whether the document is safe to work with, collaborate on or if it requires corrective clean-up.
The DocXtools Document Check recognizes and flags document issues that impact the Word user's ability to render to PDF; compare documents; apply numbering and list templates; change headers, footers and page layout; update styles; use printer metrics and more.
