Knowledge Partnership

Knowledge Partnership software, support and services solve urgent document problems, help avoid potentially damaging document practices and assist in the development of a company’s own in-house document diagnosis, forensics and architecting. Knowledge Partnership includes four major components:

1. Software-based document quality control and document clean-up solutions
2. Microsoft Word skills assessment
3. High-end document support services
4. Educational services

Software-Based Document Quality Control and Clean-up Solutions

DocXtools enables document authors and those who support them to reduce the total time spent quality controlling and cleaning-up a Word document by up to 80%.

DocXamine quickly and accurately assesses the quality of document collections, and proactively acts as an “early warning system,” identifying documents that require clean-up before they are required to be filed with a court or regulatory body, or before they are shared with a client.

Microsystems Pre-Hire Skills Assessment Module assesses a test taker’s advanced Microsoft Word skills and automates the time-consuming grading process of the exercise document, allowing the assessment to be easily administered and graded.

High-end Support Services

The Solutions Center, our team of document experts, provides real-time support to Knowledge Partnership customers on issues related to Word, WordPerfect and PDF documents, template/macro packages and Microsystems software. The Solutions Center runs the Document Emergency Room (DocER), a service that analyzes and fixes an unstable and problematic Word document when immediate repair is critical and internal resources cannot correct the problem.

Educational Services

Knowledge Partnership educational services provide a transfer of knowledge to build your company’s document production capabilities. We provide onsite training at your facility or ours plus online, on-demand training webinars and videos.
