High-end Support ServicesThe Solutions Center, our team of document experts, provides real-time support to Knowledge Partnership customers on issues related to Word, WordPerfect and PDF documents, template/macro packages and Microsystems software. The Solutions Center runs the Document Emergency Room (DocER), a service that analyzes and fixes an unstable and problematic Word document when immediate repair is critical and internal resources cannot correct the problem.
