DocXtools™ Numbering

The optional Numbering Module provides your document authors with quick and easy access to add or remove complex multi-level numbering schemes. The Numbering Module leverages native Word functionality to ensure seamless collaboration while empowering authors with an intuitive and easy to use solution.

Enterprise-wide numbering schemes can be deployed and updated without affecting personal numbering schemes. It can also be configured to automatically name an unnamed list template and replace manually typed numbering.

The DocXtools Numbering Module enhances native Word by:

• Streamlining access to add, modify and remove numbering
• Supporting standard legal specific numbering (e.g. Manual line break after the number or Roman numeral)
• Adjusting all following levels after an insertion, deletion, promotion or demotion of a level
• Formatting for lead-in emphasis can be specified
• Distributing Number schemes without a template
