Even Out Your Oddly-Paginating Pages
Applies to: Word 2007
If you've ever been frustrated by oddly-falling "Odd and Even Pages", follow these simple do's and don'ts:
- DON'T use manual page breaks
- DO use Section Breaks-Next Page, but sparingly
- DON'T use Home | Paragraph (dialog launcher) | Line and Page Breaks | Page break before liberally!
- DO add Page break before to appropriate styles (e.g., each "Heading 1" paragraph begins a new page).
You won't believe how evenly your pages and your frustration levels begin to fall.
