Microsoft's Office Labs attempts to ease the transition with a new Search Commands tab, allowing you to find your lost commands by typing the name into a simple search box.
To get the new tab
Using the new Search Commands tab:Search for "Find" in the Word Search Commands tab. You'll receive 59 different commands across 7 "pages" of Ribbon (use the "Previous" and "Next" buttons to navigate the pages).
In addition to displaying a list of possible commands, the Search Commands Ribbon will display the feature's location. This way, users can begin to map where old commands land in the new Ribbons. Some of these commands are "not in the Ribbon", lying beneath the tabs in various dialogue launchers.
