The Document Emergency Room (DocER)

The DocER can handle all kinds of emergencies. Our skilled team has fixed over 3000 of our customers' documents, and then taken the knowledge they have gained and rolled it into our products to better serve you. Here are some of the typical emergencies we see:

  • Migration difficulties to/from other versions of Word
  • Numbering failures concerning outlines, single lists and/or bullets
  • Formatting inconsistencies
  • Comparison issues with DeltaView, Workshare Professional and native Word
  • Printing problems
  • Table Formatting problems

What Does the DocER Do?

If you have a document problem that needs our help, give the DocER a call or email us. The DocER does two main things:

  • Analyzes and Fixes Your Document - Within two hours, your document is fixed, and you are able to get back to work.
  • Provides a Report of What We Did - Included with your healthy document is information on what was wrong and how we fixed it. This helps your organization moving forward with educating others and developing an internal knowledge base.

When is the DocER Open?

Email and phone support are available from 9 am-9 pm Eastern (2 pm-2 am GMT/BST) on normal business days. Additional support is available via email from 4 am-9 am Eastern (9 am-2 pm GMT/BST) on normal business days.
